Organising a food demonstration, in a major high street outlet can often prove difficult, however Polly has developed strong working relationships with these companies who are now happy to see Polly promoting produce.
There are many educational benefits achieved from cooking in front of a live audience. The messages that suppliers may be wanting to promote are often much clearer when carried out with a captured audience.

When outside demonstrations at food festivals is required, Polly is able to provide a mobile kitchen and cooking utensils. Sourcing and hiring celebrety chefs to promote local and ethnic foods is common practise.
