Freezing Egg Whites
Eggs whites freeze brilliantly. When you have a spare one put it into a small container and label it. As you gather more add them to the frozen whites and adjust the label. The most useful multiples to freeze in are 2, 3 or 4.
To use the egg whites de frost them in the refrigerator overnight and then allow to come to room temperature.
