Polly has worked with both producers and retailers ensuring that they get the best from their products. Although passionate about local food from local produces Polly has worked with companies from all over the world ensuring that their special products reach the right market.
Polly is able to create elegant and sophisticted individual dishes or can weave certain products into simple and achievable recipies that can be accessable to all. On occasions Polly has worked directly with suppliers creating a package that suites their needs and budgets.
Creating recipes, arranging photo shoots and demonstrations along with producing marketing material is all part of the food development package that individual producers or retail outlets have taken advantage of.
Recent work includes the production of recipe booklet and leaflet for the British Tomato Growers Association. Polly's brief was to create a number of new recipies, using tomatoes as the main ingredient, and to produce a recipe booklet to promote the recipies. This booklet was used, inconjunction with a leaflet, by the Association to promote British Tomatoes across the Country, with great success. Polly continues to wotk with the British Tomato Growers Association helping to promote their products.
